The Urban level project was undertaken under Department of tourism promotion board (implementation agency) under Department of Tourism Government of Punjab for the project: Infrastructure investment Programme for tourism for the enhancement of the existing four major street including Hall Bazaar, Katra Jaimal, Katra Ahluwalia and Katra Jaimal leading to Golden temple, Amritsar. Dharohar has worked as a DPR consultant to Abha Narain Lambah Associates and later as a design consultant to Shah Technical Consultant Private Limited.

The project included extensive site survey, archival research, urban mapping, analysis of the existing condition and character of the street, mapping, documentation and condition mapping of historic structures, preparing design scheme for enhancement and conservation historic areas.  The scope of works included designing wall graphics inspired by traditional phulkari patterns, design of the shop fronts, signage designing considering the cultural significance of the place, introducing new design elements for unification of the scattered elements of the street, preparing wall colour schemes etc.
